Project Brief
Headed by the engineering team, the Continuous Development project was a new initiative to create a more efficient employee review system. This was to replace their current process which was hosted through a 3rd party system called Namely.
My Role
When I was brought into this project, the Engineering team had already developed a set list of requirements and lightly flushed out personas and user flows. My job was conduct an expert review and refine their existing work, and develop lo-fi to Mid-fi wireframes.
While on this project I worked with a UX director, project managers and stakeholder. This Project has 3 main user paths, The coach, Coachee and Reviewer. My final deliverable was Mid-fi wireframes on the “Coach” user path.

Invision
User flows and requirements were expanded on to contextualize the wireframes. Diving into the Coach user path, I broke apart the user flow into sections to highlight the high levels commands and add revisions based on HCD methodologies.
A coach needs to be able to view their list of coachees and start a review.
A coach should be able to alter the review form.
A coach should be able to follow up with a reviewer and send them a reminder to finish their review.
Using HCD Methodologies I was able to provide solutions for the product requirements. While adhering to bounteous existing design patterns.
My Coachees - Selecting
The coachee action was designed to allow the coach to select their coachee and be able to perform high level actions. This page allows for 3 different status: Not reviewed, In Progress, Last reviewed.
Edit Review Form
To provide customization, the user needs to be able to alter the review form for the specific coachee. Options were added to remove questions and sections from the form but also given the opportunity to bring them back if needed.
Send reminders
To allow the coach to follow up with a reviewer, a reminder CTA was added along with a status of the reviewers progress and an option to remove them.
